Sérgio has worked closely with government bodies and NGOs, creating content focused on social causes and awareness. He has produced documentaries and campaigns for organizations like ADPP - Mocambique, United Nations, INGD, Dorcas Mozambique, and much more, telling real and impactful stories.
He founded PS Entertainment and PS VisionAd, two companies reflecting his passion for visual storytelling and communication. PS Entertainment focuses on film, TV series, and documentaries, while PS VisionAd specializes in advertising and marketing. Both companies have become key players in Mozambique’s creative industry.
He has-been collaborated with high-level government institutions in Mozambique, including the Presidency and various ministries. He has produced official content such as documentaries, public campaigns, and media projects that highlight national policies, social programs, and development initiatives. His work captures the government’s vision through authentic and impactful storytelling.
In addition to directing and producing, Sérgio is skilled in cinematography, lighting, sound recording, editing, and scriptwriting. He has experience in set design, photography direction, camera operation, team coordination (both technical and artistic), and editing. This versatility allows him to ensure the quality and cohesion of his projects, working directly with all team members — from the gaffer to the art director — to transform each creative vision into a flawless delivery.
His collaborations include prominent works with channels like Al Jazeera and BBC News Africa, as well as partnerships with various government entities and NGOs, developing content that balances creativity, realism, and a strong social component. Sérgio is also known for his ability to create impactful narratives, both in large-scale television productions — such as soap operas and series — as well as documentaries and commercial content.
